1993 Appointed président-délégué of Unimer August. Takes executive control of a canning house founded in 1920.
1995 Becomes president of Unimer Sets the vertical-integration strategy that shapes the following two decades.
2001 Unimer lists in Casablanca March. Acquires Top Food in the same year.
2004 Creates UniConserves A dedicated subsidiary for olive preserves.
2010 Unimer absorbs Monégasque-Vanelli Maroc Reported at some 700 million dirhams.
2012 Unimer absorbs Consernor Further concentration of processing capacity in the listed parent.
