Agri-food

Fish, preserves and processing

The industrial core of the group. Unimer processes small pelagic species — sardine, anchovy and mackerel — and ranks among the largest operators of its kind worldwide. Its Titus brand is a leading canned fish label in West Africa, and the great majority of production is exported. UniConserves, created in 2004, extends the group into olive preserves.

Organised food retail

Label’Vie is one of Morocco’s principal organised food retailers and is quoted on the Casablanca Stock Exchange. The position places the group on the consumer side of the same food economy its industrial businesses supply — a stake in the shift of Moroccan household spending from informal markets into supermarkets.

Equipment and supply

Stokvis Nord Afrique distributes industrial equipment and supplies across Morocco and the wider region, and is quoted on the Casablanca Stock Exchange. It is an infrastructure position: a business that sells into the capital spending of other industries rather than to consumers.
